From McNally Robinson:

with Emmanuel Burgin and Ivor Hansen

Two Dollar Radio was founded in 2005 with a mission “to reaffirm the literary, cultural, and artistic ambitions of the publishing industry” - and to “make more noise than a $2 radio.” Two of the authors TDR is publishing in service of that mission are Emmanuel Burgin and Ivor Hansen. Hansen’s memoir Life on the Ledge tells the story of a former punk rock drummer turned New York window cleaner reflecting on his life’s trajectory. Burgin’s Vagabond Blues, a novel based on his experiences as a minor league football player, was originally released in a small regional print run and won high praise in his native San Diego. Join us for an evening of independents!
